Application of Extemporary Heart Pacing in Anaesthetic operation

目的：协助有重症缓慢心律失常合并血液动力学障碍患者度过围手术期。方法：由锁骨下静脉穿刺置入ＭＥＤＴＲＯＮＩＣ起搏导线，以ＨＰ７８３５２ｃ监护仪为指导，把起搏导线置入右心室适宜位置。结果：８例患者均获成功，有效地度过围手术期。结论：临时心脏起搏，能有效协助有重症缓慢心律失常合并血液动力学障碍患者度过围手术期。

Objective:To help the patients who have the slow type of arrhythmia and the blood dynamic impediment to pass the perioperative period.Methods:Inserting the pacing wire into the infraclavicular vein through penetration and leading the wire into the right ventricle under the control of HP78352C monitor.Result: The extemporary heart pacing successfully helped eight patients with the slow type of arrhythmia and the blood dynamic impediment to pass the perioperative period. Conclusion:The extemporary heart pacing can effectively help the patients with the slow type of arrhythmia and the blood dynamic impediment to pass the perioperative period.
