基于1H-NMR技术探讨艾灸与针刺对血清代谢物的调节作用 被引量:13

摘要 目的:基于核磁共振氢谱代谢组学技术(1H-NMR)探讨艾灸与针刺对健康青年志愿者血清代谢物调节作用的差异性,从代谢物层面揭示两者的作用特点及差异。方法:将60例健康青年男性志愿者随机分为艾灸组与针刺组,每组各30例,艾灸组采用温和灸作用于右侧足三里穴,每天1次,每次15 min,连续干预10天;针刺组采用不锈钢针针刺右侧足三里穴,每天1次,每次15 min,连续干预10天。两组在干预0、5、10天清晨采集受试者血清,利用1H-NMR技术对血清代谢物进行检测。结果:干预0、5天时艾灸组与针刺组的代谢模式无显著性差异;干预10天时艾灸组与针刺组的代谢模式可显著区分;艾灸与针刺干预5天后血清中表现出差异的代谢物有Creatine和Glycine(P<0.05;P<0.01);干预10天后血清中表现出差异的代谢物有LDL/VLDL、Valine、Isoleucine、Leucine、Lactate、Glutamine、Creatine、Glucose(P<0.01)和Glycine(P<0.05);随着干预时间的变化,艾灸与针刺对血清代谢物的调节作用有差异。结论:艾灸与针刺右侧足三里对血清代谢物有明显的调节作用,随着干预时间的变化,两者的调节作用发生变化。 This study was aimed to reveal the differences of metabolites between moxibustion and acupuncture on serum based on 1H-NMR. A total of 60 healthy young male volunteers were randomly divided into the moxibustion group and the acupuncture group, with 30 cases in each group. In the moxibustion group, the treatment was mild moxibustion on the right "Zusanli" point for 15 minutes, once a day for 10 days. In the acupuncture group, acupuncture was used on the right "Zusanli" point for 15 minutes, once a day for 10 days. Serum was collected on the morning of 0-day, 5-day, and 10-day. The result showed that there was no significant difference on the metabonomic pattern on the 0-day and 5-day between the moxibustion group and the acupuncture group. After 10-day intervention, there were significant changes on the metabonomic pattern between the moxibustion group and the acupuncture group. After 5-day intervention, 2 metabolites changed significantly(creatine and glycine)(P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01). After 10-day intervention, 9 metabolites changed significantly(LDL/VLDL, valine, isoleucine, leucine, lactate, glutamine, creatine and glucose(P〈 0.01), and glycine(P〈 0.05). It was concluded that moxibustion and acupuncture had obvious adjustment to the metabolites, along with the treatment time indicated the regulation function changed.
