摘要
控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)是核反应堆中的重要设备之一,其密封壳是构成核反应堆压力边界的一部分。密封壳是由两段不同材料(奥氏体不锈钢和镍基合金)筒体通过异种金属焊缝焊接而成的压力容器。产品生产过程中,在对此异种金属焊缝射线检测时发现了疑似缺陷的显示。通过试验验证,阐述了疑似缺陷产生的机理和过程,证明了此疑似缺陷并不影响焊缝的质量。
Control rod drive mechanism (CRDM) is a important equipment in nuclear reactor. The latch housing of the CRDM is a part of the pressure boundary of the reactor,which is composed of two barrels with different materials( austenitic stainless steel and nickel based alloy) by bi-metallic welding. A suspected defect was found in radiographic testing on the hi-metallic weld. Based on the test, this article elaborated the mechanism and process of the suspected defect. It proved that the suspected defect do nothing with the welding quality.
