摘要 该系统是根据我国仓储系统的发展现状,提出了自动仓储系统概念,并通过GEPAC RX3i控制器来实现的思路。采用了Profibus和Genius等多种总线融合模式实现主站模块和远程站的通信。综合应用传感器对目标货物进行多方位(包含材料、重量、颜色、透明度、高度、直径等)参数的检测,通过利用步进电机、机械手等硬件设备实现系统的自动出入库控制。 This system proposes the automatic warehousing system concept according to our country warehousing system's development and present situation, and the mentality controller was realized through GE PAC the RX3i. simultaneously it has used the Profibus correspondence and the Genius correspondence master station module and VersaMax corresponding from the station connection module. Basing on the electrical machinery carried on the multi-position parameter to the cargo accurating transmission step-by-steps and the sensor to the goal cargo examination, containing the material weight, the color, the transparency, the height, the diameter and so on, it uses the manipulator to memorize the cargo to warehousing.
