老年痴呆照料者专业照料需求的调查分析

Need Analysis of Professional Care of Caregivers of Senile Dementia Patients

目的调查了解老年痴呆照料者专业照料的需求情况。方法采用自行设计的调查表,对200例老年痴呆照料者专业照料需求进行调查分析。结果照料者基本知识需求率平均达到91.2%,对痴呆患者各种护理方法的指导需求率平均92.0%,其中100%老年痴呆照料者希望医务人员提供与痴呆患者沟通技巧的指导,在对精神行为异常指导、语言训练指导、排泄、饮食、睡眠异常指导需求率均在95.0%以上;专业服务方面,其中100%痴呆照料者希望医务人员提供专业人员家访指导;照料者希望医务人员提供电话、互联网等服务咨询、组织照料者参加联谊会、举办社区痴呆照顾讲座、提供社区日间照顾/短期托管的需求率均在97.0%以上。结论老年痴呆照料者有较高的专业照料需求,针对老年痴呆症特点开展有针对性的护理服务,对提高老年痴呆患者及照料者的生存质量有积极的促进作用。

Objective Investigate the professional care need of caregivers of senile dementia patients .Methods Using a self -designed questionnaire ,investigation and analysis of 200 cases of senile dementia caregivers professional care needs . Results T he basic know ledge needs of caregivers to achieve an average rate of 91 .2% ,all kinds of nursing methods of dementia patients demand of the average rate of 92 .0% ,of which 100% caregivers to medical staff with the skills of communication with people with dementia guidance ,in the＆amp;nbsp;spirit of abnormal behavior guidance ,training guide ,excretion ,diet ,sleep disorders needs guidance language rate in more than 95 .0% ;professional services ,of which 100% caregivers want medical staffs to provide professional guidance to care‐givers of home visits ;medical personnel to provide telephone ,Internet and other services ,consulting organization in caregiv‐er Association ,community dementia care lectures ,community day care / short term managed demand rates are above 97 .0% .Conclusion Caregivers of senile dementia patients have a higher demand for professional care ,for Alzheimer＆#39;s char‐acteristics to carry out for nursing service to improve the life quality of senile dementia patients and their caregivers have a positive role in promoting .
