民营经济领域意识形态现状及问题研究——基于部分民营企业出资人和职业经理人的调查分析

The Status Quo of Ideology in Private Economy and Related Concerns:A Survey of Some Patronages of Private Enterprises and Professional Managers

民营经济领域意识形态工作是中国共产党意识形态工作不可或缺的重要组成部分,在党的意识形态工作中的地位和作用日益凸显。通过对民营经济领域意识形态状况的调研,发现民营经济领域意识形态呈现出总体良性、积极、健康的主流状况与态势,同时存在着思想认识混乱与模糊的现象。其原因一是中国特色社会主义事业的发展与面对的挑战问题并存;二是经济发展的高歌猛进与意识形态工作一定程度的弱化并存;三是党的思想理论与时俱进地创新与宣传思想理论领域不同程度的混乱犹疑并存;四是主流意识形态在传统媒体与互联网等新媒体中的作用强弱不均;五是民营经济快速发展、民营经济人士作为改革开放政策受益者与民营经济人士身份长期边缘化致使其对自身生存发展处境长期忧患并存;六是民营经济领域意识形态工作持续推进与主流意识形态未形成主导性牵引优势并存。因而,坚定地贯彻和推进"四个全面"战略布局,以实际行动做党的路线方针政策的宣传者、实践者,是做好民营经济领域意识形态工作的根本前提。

The ideological work in private sectors is an indispensable part of the CPC 's ideological work.A survey of the status quo of ideology in private economy suggests that the ideology appears desirable,positive and healthy in mainstream status and trend while blurred and disordered features still exist.It is attributed to the co-existence of the development of and emerging challenges to socialism with Chinese characteristics,the co-existence of weakened ideological work and the triumphant advancement in economic development,the co-existence of the innovation in CPC 's theories in bid for keeping up with times and chaotic doubts about theoretical publicity to various degrees,the unbalanced co-existence of mainstream ideology in traditional and new media,the co-existence of the beneficiary status of businessmen in private economy and their concerns about long-term development prospect due to their continual marginalization in the rapid development of private economy,and the co-existence of the continual promotion of ideological work in private economy and the failure to uphold mainstream ideology as a leading factor.We should make policies to ameliorate related problems.
