摘要
在当前积极建立乡村教师荣誉制度的背景下,有必要完善乡村教师"荣誉后"管理机制。这有助于促进"荣誉后"乡村教师的专业成长,激发其工作热情,推动乡村教育的持续进步。乡村教师"荣誉后"管理中存在重视程度不足、缺乏规划、不够细致等问题。可从定期跟踪帮扶、搭建发展平台、参与交流学习、发挥引领作用等方面构建乡村教师"荣誉后"管理机制。
Under the background of currently actively establishing honor system of rural teachers, it is necessary to improve the management mechanism of rural teachers who received honors, which is helpful to promote the professional development of these teach- ers, arouse their enthusiam for work, and advance the sustainable development of rural education. There are some problems including lack of emphasis, planning, detail and so on in the management of teachers who received honor. The methods of constructing the man- agement mechanism of rural teachers who received honor include : regularly tracking and helping, building many platforms of develop- ment for these teachers, supporting them to participate the programs of training and learning exchange, and encouraging them to play a leading role in rural education.
