制革毛皮用非水介质的研究现状及展望 被引量:2

摘要 传统制革,特别是毛皮鞣制阶段耗水量大,随着环保意识的增强,节水生产将是清洁化制革的必行之路。传统有机溶剂用于制革,成效虽好,但大部分有机溶剂毒性强,不宜大规模使用。超临界二氧化碳流体、可控溶剂、离子液体均属绿色溶剂,但超临界二氧化碳操作要求较高,存在不安全隐患;可控溶剂与离子液体在制革领域的研究有待深入。 Traditional tanning process for leather and fur needs a large amount of water, and water-saving production will be the necessary path of clean leather-making as the awareness of environmental protection increasing. Traditional organic solvents can get good results for using in tanning, but some organic solvents can't be used in large quantities for their heavy-toxicity. Supercritical CO2 fluid,switchable solvents as well as ionic liquid are the green solvents. But Supercritical CO2 has a high requirement of the operation and equipment which is dangerous in use. Switchable solvents and ionic liquid have not been using for leather processing and need further investigating.
