摘要
针对汽车装配紧固件的拧紧问题,根据螺纹连接特性,对动态、静态扭矩进行阐述,并利用SPC原理,研究静态扭矩的控制,针对汽车装配紧固件进行过程监控,以确保汽车零部件在整车上的安装连接的稳定性得到保证。
This paper is written on vehicle assembly fastener tightening area. According to screw thread conection charateristics,this paper describe dynamic and static torque,with using SPC theory,make research and develop static torque,monitor vehicle assembly fastener to ensure vehicle parts conection stability.
