循环伏安法测定水体中萘普生的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前自然环境里都检测出萘普生的存在,为了快速检测水体中萘普生的浓度,把微量萘普生溶解于超纯水中,在中性条件下,用循环伏安法来检测水体中的萘普生。研究发现,循环伏安法所测得曲线方程为y=-0.2924X-2.2043,相关系数R^2=0.9992。结果表明,采用循环伏安法测定水体中的萘普生,相关性较好,结果精确,不失为一种有效检测水体中萘普生的方法。 At present in the natural environment are detected the presence ofnaproxen, in order to quickly detect the concentration of naproxen in water, dissolve the traces of naproxen in ultrapure water, under neutral conditions, to detect water in naproxen with cyclic voltammetry.The study found that, measured by cyclic voltammetry curve equation for y=0.2924X2.2043 , correlation coefficient R^2=0.9992.The results show that the cyclic voltammetry determination of naproxen in water body, has good correlation, accurate result, can yet be regarded as a kind of effective method of detection of naproxen in water.
