摘要
针对我国露天矿爆破工序中传统装药工艺存在的炸药浪费、效率低的问题,研究采用对薄铁板进行加工,通过连接原件制作辅助装药器来改善现有的装药条件,装置设计成功后可大大降低炸药的浪费,提高炸药的利用率,保证爆破效果。
To address the problem of explosive waste in the traditional powder charge in the process of blasting operation in China’open pit mines,research was made on processing the sheet iron to improve the existing conditions for powder charge by linking the powder charge aid in the original component fabrication.The successful design of the device can significantly reduce the waste of explosive,raise the utilization ratio and ensure the blasting effect.
