中西医结合治疗高血压的临床效果

Clinical effect of using combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treating hypertension

目的探讨中西医结合治疗高血压的临床效果。方法以2012年12月~2014年12月本院收治的164例高血压患者为研究对象,所有患者均自愿签署知情同意书,按照住院先后顺序将其分为研究组与对照组。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,研究组患者则在中医辨证分型的基础上进行针对性的中西医结合治疗。分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为96.3%,明显高于对照组的80.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组患者临床症状改善总有效率为96.3%,明显高于对照组的79.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组患者不良反应发生率为0%,明显低于对照组的8.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗高血压有着较好的临床效果,能改善患者的临床症状,提升治疗效果,且不良反应发生率低,安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treating hypertension. Methods 164 hypertension patients from December 2012 to December 2014 of our hospital were selected as study object.All patients were voluntarily signed informed consent.Patients were divided into study group and control group according to admitted order.Patients in control group were given routine Western medicine for treatment,while parients in study group were given combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation typing.The clinical treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results The total effective in study group was 96.3%,which was obvious higher than that was 80.5% in control group,and the difference was statistical significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective of clinical symptoms improvement in study group was 96.3%,which was obvious higher than that was 79.3% in control group,and the difference was statistical significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse effects in study group was 0%,which was obvious lower than that was 8.5% in control group,and the difference was statistical significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treating hypertension has better clinical effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,increase treatment effects,with low incidence rate of adverse effects and high safety.It is worth to popularize.
