女性盆腔炎性疾病红外热像与中医证候关系

Research on the Relationship Between the Infrared Thermographic Characteristics of the Female Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and Chinese Medical Syndrome

目的:分析女性盆腔炎性疾病(pelvic inflammatory disease,PID)红外热像与中医证候关系。方法:对229名PID患者进行盆腔红外热像检测,并根据盆腔炎诊疗方案进行中医辨证。结果:PID患者盆腔红外热像可呈高温像(86%)、低温像(4.8%)和高低温共存像(9.2%);红外热像表现与年龄密切相关;研究中未发现寒湿凝结证患者,低温像组中未发现湿热瘀结证病例,湿热瘀结证病例有10.1%表现为高低温共存像,脾虚湿瘀互结证和气滞血瘀证病例在三个像组中均占一定比例。结论:盆腔红外热像检测客观反映了PID病理变化的复杂多样性,热是PID的主要致病因素及病理改变;PID红外热像表现与年龄密切相关,说明PID的病理状态与年龄密切相关;红外热像检测为PID的中医辨治提供了新的思路。

Objective：To analyze the infrared thermographic characteristics of the female pelvic inflammatory disease（ PID）,and to research the relationship between the infrared thermograph and the differential diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine of this disease. Methods：229 PID patients were admitted to take pelvic infrared thermographic examination,and were differentiated by their symptoms and signs according to the diagnosis and treatment guideline of PID. Results：The pelvic infrared thermograph of PID patients can be hyperthermic（ 86%）,hypothermic（ 4. 8%） and hyper-hypothermic（ 9. 2%）,which was closely related to age. No patients of coldness and moisture condensation pattern were diagnosed in the research. In the hypothermic group,there were no patients diagnosed with moisture heat and blood stasis pattern. 10. 1% of the patients of the moisture heat and blood stasis pattern manifested a hyper-hypothermic thermograph;In all the three thermographic groups,patients of the deficiency of the spleen with moisture and blood stasis pattern and the Qi stagnancy and blood stasis pattern accounted for a certain proportion. Conclusion：The infrared thermographic examination objectively reflects that the pathologic manifestation of PID is complex and diverse and heat is the main etiological factor and pathologic change. The infrared thermographic manifestation is closely related to age,which means the pathologic condition is highly relative to age. The infrared thermographic examination provides a new train of thought for the PID syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine.
