摘要
生猪屠宰检验、检疫是生猪产品质量安全的重要保障,分别由生猪屠宰场和动物卫生监督机构分别派员实施。本文探讨了在畜禽屠宰行业管理职责划转农业部门,检验、检疫由动物卫生监督机构一个部门监管的情况下,理顺生猪屠宰检验、检疫工作。提出合并屠宰检验检疫、企业负责质量并有官方兽医监管、改产品许可为企业许可的设想,以期建立更规范、高效的屠宰检验检疫监管模式。
Slaughtering examination and quarantine of pigs,implemented by pig slaughtering factory and animal health supervision institution respectively,both are important for the quality control and safety guarantee of hog products.The responsibility of animal slaughtering industry management was transferred from commercial management department to agricultural sectors,and the examination and quarantine works are charged by animal health supervision institution now.The new mode of pig slaughtering examination and quarantine was analyzed in this paper,and the assumption of combining the two parts of work and changing the product license to business license was put forward,in order to establish a more standardized and efficient mode of inspection and quarantine supervision on pig slaughtering.
