社区矫正若干基本制度的完善

The Improvement of Several Systems of Community Correction

我国社区矫正基本制度需进一步完善。对社区矫正中的分类矫正制度,应明确对矫正对象进行分类的标准,并规定对不同类型的矫正对象应当制定不同的矫正项目。对社区矫正中的社会参与制度,应明确规定社会工作者和社会志愿者的任职条件、人员数量、工作职责以及相关的待遇。对社区矫正中的帮困扶助制度,应明确规定具体的帮扶内容和帮扶方式。对社区矫正中的法律监督制度,应设立专门的监督部门和人员队伍,并对具体的监督制度加以完善。

The basic systems of community correction in China need to be improved. Among them, thesystem of classified correction should clarify the standard of classifying the correction objects and regulatedifferent correction programs according to different objects. The system of social participance should regulate thepost qualifications, staff numbers, duty responsibilities and relevant treatment of the social workers and socialvolunteers. The system of aid for people in trouble should regulate clearly what to aid and how to aid. Thesystem of legal supervision should set up specialized departments and staff and improve specific terms.
