胡椒酸己二胺降血脂及抗氧化作用的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究胡椒酸己二胺(PAH)对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平和抗氧化能力的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠78只,适应性饲养一周后,测定基础血清胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TC),随机抽取12只作为正常对照组,给予普通饲料,余作为造模组喂以高脂饲料。喂养4周后,再次检测血清TC和TG,比较造模前后血脂水平,TC、TG显著升高,认为造模成功。将造模成功的60只大鼠按血脂大小分层,并随机分为5组,即高脂模型组、辛伐他汀阳性药物组(10mg/kg)和PAH高(10mg/kg)、中(5mg/kg)、低(2.5mg/kg)三个剂量组。每日灌胃给予各受试物,第4周末,麻醉动物,采集血清,测定TC、TG、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:胡椒酸己二胺能显著降低高脂血症大鼠的血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平,且呈剂量依赖性;低剂量时显著升高HDL-C水平;并能显著升高高脂血症大鼠血清SOD和GSH-PX活力、降低MDA含量。结论:胡椒酸己二胺具有一定的降血脂及抗氧化作用。
