摘要
涂布纸的性能在很大程度上受原纸性能的影响。研究原纸白度,原纸与颜料配比的相互作用对涂布纸白度的影响。实验结果表明:涂布纸白度与原纸白度几乎呈正比关系,涂布量的变化不改变它们的正比关系,只是直线斜率随涂布量的升高而降低;对低白度的原纸来说,涂料中高岭土含量越高能更容易提高涂布纸白度,而对较高白度的原纸来说,涂料中碳酸钙的含量越高涂布纸白度越高,对中等白度原纸来说,配方中颜料配比对成纸白度影响不大。
The quality of coated paper is mainly governed by the characteristics of the base paper, this article studied the interaction between the base sheet and the pigment ratio on the brightness of coated paper, The results showed that there is an almost linear correlation between the brightness of coated paper and of base paper. Coat weigh don＇t alter the correlation between the brightness of coated paper and of base paper, q-he slope of the straight line decreased with increasing coat weigh. For a low-brightness base sheet, a coating formulation containing ground calcium carbonate （GCC） gives a decrease in brightness on coating; for a high-brightness paper, an increase. While the ratio of clay and GCC don＇t affect the brightness of the coated paper which base paper brightness is about 70%.
