以冬奥会为契机加速我国冰雪运动发展的策略

Taking the Winter Olympic Games as an Opportunity to Aaccelerate the Development of China’s ice and Snow Sports

北京赢得第二十四届冬奥会的举办权,为我国冰雪体育运动的腾飞创造了千载难逢的机遇。我国政府有必要拓展冰雪体育运动的领域,助力中国冰雪体育运动的腾飞。我国的冰雪体育运动面临诸多的难题,如:冰雪体育运动发展晚、起点低;冰雪体育运动健儿青黄不接,缺乏先进的训练理念;冰雪体育运动场馆数量较少,训练器材陈旧;群众参与热情不高,冰雪体育运动人气不旺;针对冰雪体育运动的科学研究开展得不充分,冰雪体育运动健将匮乏等。针对这些难题提出了相应的应对策略,如:转变政府职能,从政策上大力支持冰雪体育运动;进一步推进既定的冰雪体育运动战略,促进冰雪体育运动的大众化;鼓励群众开展丰富多彩的冰雪健身运动,增加冰雪体育运动项目运动员后备军的数量;加快建设冰雪体育运动场馆,进一步加大冰雪体育运动的产业化步伐;加大冰雪体育运动的科学研究支持力度,提升冰雪体育运动代表队的整体竞技水平等。旨在营造适合冰雪体育运动发展的社会氛围,提高我国冰雪体育运动的大众化水平。

The capital Beijing won the right to host the 24 th Winter Olympic Games,creating a golden opportunity for the development of China’s ice and snow sports.It is necessary for the Chinese government to expand the field of ice and snow sports and help China’s ice and snow sports take off.China’s ice and snow sports face many problems,such as:ice and snow sports development late,low starting point;ice and snow sports athletes are not connected,lack of advanced training concepts;ice and snow sports venues are small,training equipment is outdated;mass participation is not enthusiastic Ice and snow sports are not popular;scientific research on ice and snow sports is not fully carried out,and ice and snow sports are lacking.In response to these problems,corresponding countermeasures are proposed,such as:transforming government functions,vigorously supporting the snow sports from the policy;further promoting the established strategy of ice and snow sports,promoting the popularization of ice and snow sports;encouraging the masses to carry out a variety of ice and snow fitness;increasing the number of athletes reserve sports for ice and snow sports;to accelerate the construction of ice and snow sports venues,further increase the pace of industrialization of ice and snow sports;increase scientific research support for ice and snow sports,and enhance the overall competitive level of the ice and snow sports team.The aim is to create a social atmosphere suitable for the development of ice and snow sports and to improve the popularity of ice and snow sports in China.
