脓毒症免疫紊乱的中医应对策略思考

Reflections on strategy of Chinese medicine for the immune dysfunction of sepsis

分析脓毒症免疫紊乱病理生理新进展,以及当前中医对脓毒症病因病机的认识、临床常用治法及其免疫调节作用,提出以促进免疫平衡为导向重新整理中医辨治脓毒症的研究,其中以传统的中医辨证体系(如卫气营血辨证)指导脓毒症辨证论治,实现"病证结合,方证对应",同时研究其调节免疫紊乱的作用机制,是切实可行的脓毒症中医应对新策略。

After analyzing the latest pathophysiological developments of immune dysfunction of sepsis,and Chinese medicine's cognition about sepsis' s etiology and pathogenesis,commonly used therapies and these therapies' effects on immune function,we proposed that the Chinese medicine's researches on sepsis should be further ongoing to promote immune balance as a guide.Meanwhile,we proposed some new strategies for Chinese medicine coping with the sepsis,such as focusing on the traditional syndrome differentiating system such as syndrome differentiation of weifen,implementing the combination of disease with syndromes and prescriptions corresponding to syndromes,and studying the mechanism of the regulation of immune dysfunction.
