中医治疗经前漏红的研究进展

Research progress of TCM treatment in bit bleeding before menstrual

为归纳总结中医治疗经前漏红的临床治疗方法及经验,为临床选用有效治疗方案提供参考及为相关研究进行探索。文章利用各种文献数据库搜集有关中医治疗经前漏红的相关文献及临床报道,并进行总结归纳,分析整理。结果认为本病从虚、热、瘀辨治,病位主要在肾,涉及肝、脾、心,病理性质有虚实之分,病因病机以脾肾阳虚为主,肾阴亏虚、心肝郁火、血瘀也为常见病因,治疗思路多为主方基础上辨证加减或辨证论治、中药调周等。中医治疗经前漏红疗具有特色与优势,且优于改善症状。

To generalize and summarize the clinical treatment method and experience of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment in bit bleeding before menstrual, and to provide references to the clinical selection of effective therapeutic schedule and conducting explorations for the relevant research. Pertinent literature and clinical report of TCM treatment of bit bleeding before menstrual were collected to summary and analyze by means of various literature database. In TCM theory, the differentiation and treatment of bit bleeding before menstrual included deficiency, fire, and stasis. The location was renal, and it also had a clear connection with spleen, liver, and heart. The main syndrome was yang deficiency of spleen and renal. In addition,kidney yin deficiency, heart and liver fire stagnation, blood stasis were common pathogenesis. The common thoughts were treatment based on syndrome differentiation on the basis of the modified main formula. TCM treatment has feature and superiority, and it has better effects on improving the symptoms.
