开、阖、枢志要

Probe into the essence of kai, he and shu

文章旨在解清"开""阖""枢"文字原意与医理原旨。解清"开""阖"之原意,之所以太阳太阴为开、阳明厥阴为阖,以及在此基础上的开阖诸气所在的医理和意义。解清"枢"之原意,以及以"少"为枢,稍离为枢,阴阳所枢,以动为枢,以火、热为枢,枢气在中的医理及其现实的临床意义。进一步揭示中医学原貌的三阴三阳之位、阴阳之"坐标"和三阴三阳气化流注,阐述由阖贯入枢、由枢贯入开的气化流注的基本形式,阴气从开气贯入阳气,阳气从开气贯入阴气,开气贯入阴阳相异的阖气等三阴三阳气化流注的全景,并阐发以上阴阳气化流注的临床意义总要之论。

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the original meaning of the characters hai,he and shu and the initial thought of medical science.The primitive idea of kai and he is cleared up,and the reason why Taiyang and Taiyin are kai and Yangming Jueyin are he,as well as on this basis the medical theory and significance of the qi playing the role of opening and closing are described.The original meaning of shu is clarified,such as to less as the pivot,a little away from the pivot,yin and yang by the pivot,to move as the pivot,to fire,heat as the pivot,the pivot in the medical science and clinical importance of reality.It further reveals the original position of three yin and three yang,the‘coordinate’of yin and yang,and the movements of three yin and three yang.It expounds the basic forms of qi transformation from a state of qi,he into a form,Shu and from a status of qi,Shu into a form,kai,overall perspectives of yin qi flow into yang qi by means of kai qi,yang qi flow into yin qi with the aid of kai qi,kai qi flow into he qi are dissimilar as each other,and explains the general clinical significance of the above qi transformation.
