细节管理与风险防范式护理在儿科护理中的应用与效果比较

Detail management and risk prevention in pediatric nursing

目的探讨和比较细节管理和风险防范式护理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2013年6月至2015年6月收治的患儿440例，进行随机分组，分别为对照组（n=110）和观察组（n=330），其中观察组又分为A、B、C三组，分别为风险防范式护理组（n=110）、细节管理组（n=110）、细节管理加风险防范护理组（n=110）。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予相应的风险防范式护理或细节管理或细节管理加风险防范式护理干预。观察各组患儿的护理情况、家属满意度情况等，并进行对比。结果通过采用不同的护理方式，对照组、A组、B组、c组并发症发生率分别为：18-31％、5．26％、5．51％、1．95％，客户评分护理非常不满意率分别为8．51％、4．34％、4．17％、1．68％，A、B、C三组与对照组相比差异均有统计意义（P〈0．05），C组与A、B组相比差异也有显著意义（P〈0．05）。各个观察组护理质量明显优于对照组，并发症较少，家长满意度高，结论在儿科护理中，细节管理和风险防范式护理均能显著提高儿科护理质量，降低风险事件发生率，提高患者满意度，且细节管理联合风险防范式护理的护理模式要优于单独的细节管理和风险防范式护理。

Objective To explore and compare the application effect of detail management and risk prevention nursing in pediatric nursing management. Methods 440 patients treated at our hospital from June, 2013 to June, 2015 were randomly divided into control group （n=110） and an observation group, and the observation group were randomly divided into group A （n=110, risk prevention group）, group B （n=110, detail management group）, and group C（n=110, detail management and risk prevention group）. The control group received conventional nursing and group A, group B, and group C received risk prevention nursing, the details management, detail management and risk prevention nursing, respectively. The nursing situations and family satisfaction of the children were recorded and compared with each other. Results The incidences of complications of the control group, group A, group B, and group C were 18.31%, 5.26%, 5.51%, and 1.95%. The dissatisfaction percentage of the control group, group A, group B, and group C were 8.51%, 4.34%, 4.17%, and 1.68%. The nursing quality of the observation group taking different nursing processes was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The complications were fewer. The parents＇ satisfaction was higher. There were statistical differences between group A, group B, and group C and the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions In pediatric nursing, both detail management and risk prevention nursing can significantly improve the quality of nursing, reduce the incidence of risk events, and improve patients＇ satisfaction; moreover, the nursing model of detail management plus risk prevention nursing is better than either one of them.
