Reflection on the clinical medical talents training model from both the reforms of "5+3"-oriented medical education system and two-period national medical licensing examination

摘要 我国正在推行“5+3”为主体的医学教育体制.业已进入实证研究阶段的临床执业医师资格分阶段考试新模式,将在医学本科教育和毕业后教育有效衔接中发挥不可替代的桥梁和纽带作用.以执业医师资格考试为重要导向,扬州大学充分利用综合性大学多学科优势,通过更新教育教学理念,推进基础医学与临床医学课程的有机整合,强化实践性教学环节,使临床技能培训贯穿于整个教学过程,为医学生综合素质的培养进行了有益的思考与探索. There have been revolutionary changes in the "5 + 3 "-oriented clinical medical education system.The reform of two-period national medical licensing examination will play an important role in the undergraduate medical education and effective connection with the postgraduate clinical education.To carry out the cultivation of comprehensive qualities of medical students and the principles of "early practice,much practice and repeated practice",some effective measures have been taken on the basis of our investigation,such as renewing the medical educational concept,integrating the curriculum contents,and strengthening the clinical practical skills throughout the medical teaching process.
