摘要
教学督导是实现专家治学、保证教学质量的重要举措,是校内质量保障体系的重要子系统.在大学内部构建一个完善的校院两级教学督导工作模式,制定相应的教学督导章程,完善校院两级督导组织,是顺利开展督导工作的基础;建立行之有效的工作运行机制,是决定督导工作成败的关键;坚持以校本问题为导向,以实事数据说话和“三个帮助”为原则,是构建良好督导工作氛围的保证.
Teaching supervision is an important way which makes experts governing teaching and learning and the teaching quality guarantee come true,and it is also an important sub-system of internal quality assurance system.For constructing a good-working pattern of the teaching supervision on two administration levels of university and college,the paper discusses the following issues.Firstly,it is the foundation of carrying out the supervision work smoothly to perfect the constitution of the teaching supervision committee and two levels of the supervision organization in university and college.Secondly,an effective working mechanism was established is the key to the success or failure.Thirdly,a good supervision atmosphere should be built by insisting the following principles including the school-based problems guidance,explaining quality issue by facts and data,and the "three help" for teachers,student and administrators should.
