当前,便利店在实体零售业态增速普遍放缓情况下,却逆势增长,便利店业态进入黄金期,但福州连锁便利店的发展却不尽如人意。本文运用PEST工具分析福州连锁便利店发展的宏观环境,指出影响福州连锁便利店发展的原因,并提出发展便利店的对策。

at present,the convenience store retail formats in the real growth is moderating cases,showed an increase,convenience store formats into gold,but the development of Fuzhou chain convenience store is not satisfactory.This paper uses PEST analysis tools macro environment for the development of Fuzhou chain convenience store,points out the reasons affecting the development of Fuzhou chain convenience store,and put forward the development countermeasures of convenience stores.
