摘要
近年来,工程项目逐渐趋于大型化,界面风险的复杂性也愈发明显。然而当前国内外对于界面风险的研究相对较少,完备的界面风险评价体系尚未形成。为实现对界面风险的科学评价,根据工程项目界面管理的特点,以系统的观点深入剖析项目的全寿命周期目标管理系统,对复杂多变的工程项目界面进行梳理,基于项目目标管理构建了包含6个主要因素、25个下属要素指标的工程项目界面风险指标体系;将COWA算子客观赋权与灰色聚类相结合,建立了G-COWA工程项目界面风险评价模型。最终通过分析,验证了该评价模型对工程项目界面风险评价的科学性和有效性。
As the engineering project gradually tends to large-scale,the complexity of the interface risk has been more obvious. However,the current domestic and foreign researches on the interface risk are relatively few,the effective interface risk evaluation system has not been formed. In order to realize the scientific evaluation of interface risk,according to the characteristics of engineering project interface management,the in-depth analysis of the whole life cycle of the target management system based on the viewpoint of system is done to sort out the complex engineering project interface. Based on the project target management,the engineering project interface risk index system which covers 6main factors and 25 subordinate factors is constructed; A G-COWA engineering project interface risk assessment model is established by combining the COWA operator with the grey clustering method.Eventually,through the analysis,it is verified that the evaluation model is scientific and effective for the risk evaluation of engineering project interface.
