摘要
[目的]分析团队成员对农村健康管理团队模式的评价,发现问题并提出解决对策。[方法]采用分层整群抽样方法调查江苏省三个区市12个乡镇健康管理团队成员535人,应用描述性统计分析成员对团队服务模式的评价结果。[结果]大部分团队成员认为团队模式的实施有利于促进农村卫生服务的开展;成员认为团队模式最主要问题是服务硬件条件差和人员数量配置不足(选择比例分别为77.76%和77.36%)。[结论]今后应逐步完善健康管理团队的建设,如加大财政投入、提高团队成员配置的数量和质量、建立有效的管理机制等,以进一步提高其运行效率与效果。
Objective To analyze the appraisal on rural health management team mode by team members, find its problems and put forward the Methods 535 members of rural health management team from twelve townships in three districts (city) of Jiangsu province were investigated by stratified cluster sampling method. Descriptive statistic method was applied to analyze the appraisal on the team mode by members. Results Most team members deemed that the team mode could promote the development of rural health services. The problems of team mode mainly included poor hardware conditions and deficiency of team members (the election ratio among members was 77.76. % and 77.36% respectively) . Conclusions The construction of rural health management team should be further perfected so as to improve its efficien- cy and effect, such as increasing financial investment, improving the quantity and quality of team members, building up effective mechanism of management, etc.
