摘要
以乙酸锌和氨水为反应物,采用简单水热法合成了纳米氧化锌(ZnO)光催化剂,通过FT-IR、XRD、UV-Vis、SEM等测试技术对样品进行表征。以甲基橙溶液为目标降解物,在500W汞灯照射下对甲基橙溶液进行光催化降解实验。结果表明,通过该方法合成的纳米ZnO为六方晶系结构,结构清晰,尺寸均匀,对甲基橙溶液具有良好的光催化性能。同时,对纳米ZnO光催化材料未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
Nano-sized ZnO was prepared using zinc acetate and ammonium hydroxide as raw materials by simple hydrothermal method.Meanwhile,the characterization of fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy(UV-Vis),scanning electron microscope(SEM)was carried out respectively.And then the photocatalytic activity was tested by the degradation of methyl orange solution under the irradiation of500 W mercury lamp.The results showed that ZnO was hexagonal system structure with clear texture,uniform size,and had agood photocatalytic performance.Finally,the prospection of nanoscale zinc oxide as photocatalytic material was discussed.
