摘要
分析了钢包的热损失途径及其对冶炼过程的影响,阐述了钢包全程加盖技术的特点和工艺过程。钢包全程加盖技术在梅钢的应用说明该技术能够有效降低热损失,并且保证生产过程中的热状态趋于稳定,为准确控制钢水温度和温降创造了条件,还对节约能耗,降低炼钢成本,提高经济效益有着重要作用。
The paper analyzed the approach of heat loss of the ladle,and it 's affection during the smelt process. Then elaborated it's characteristic and technological process. The experience about application of ladle covering during the whole course of production process in Meishan steel company shows that the technical can reduce the loss of heat effectively,so that the thermal state in the production process tends to be stable,which can control the molten steel temperature and lowing of temperature. It also saves energy,reduces production costs,and improves the economic benefit efficiently.
