摘要 文章依据热平衡计算分析和工程应用分析,对加热炉余热资源回收循环利用集成系统进行了全面的概括和对比分析。阐述了余热回收技术应用于轧钢加热炉的突出优点,指出了余热资源回收系统可以最大限度的回收加热炉余热,提高加热炉燃料利用率,同时生产蒸汽供发电机组使用,经济效益和社会效益显著,值得推广。 In the paper,on the basis of the heat balance calculation and practical engineering application,the resource recovery integrated system in reheating furnace were summarized and analyzed comprehensively. The application of waste heat recovery technology on the outstanding advantages of steel rolling heating furnace was introduced. Also pointed that the residual- heat resource recovery system can not only maximize the recovery residual- heat,improve the reheating furnace fuel utilization rate,but also,produced the steam for generating units and had remarkable economic and social benefits. It is worthy to be popularized.
