针灸治疗坐骨神经痛的疗效分析

Study on Acupuncture Effect in Treatment of Sciatica

目的分析坐骨神经痛采用针灸治疗的疗效。方法研究2015年1月~2015年12月纳入对象坐骨神经痛51例,随机法分组。25例入对照组,施行西医治疗。其余26例入观察组,施行针灸治疗。对比疗效。结果 2组中观察组痛阈值改善更明显,治疗有效率更高,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针灸治疗坐骨神经痛疗效显著。

Objective Acupuncture effect in treatment of sciatica is to be studied. Methods Chose 51 patients of sciatica who were treated in hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 and separated them into two groups at random. 25 patients in control group were given western medication treatment,while another 26 patients in study group were given acupuncture treatment,and then compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’ pain threshold value was improved much better in study group and treatment efficacy in study group was much higher than that in control group,there was a differential between two groups（P 〈 0.05）and such a differential had statistic value. Conclusion Acupuncture is quite effective in treatment of sciatica,thus,such an effective treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted widespread.
