2,5-呋喃二甲醛合成研究进展

摘要 叙述了生物质平台化合物5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)选择性氧化以及六元糖"一锅法"制备DFF研究进展,介绍了DFF的应用,分析了目前DFF研究中存在的问题,对其今后的研究发展提出了建议。认为从碳水化合物经"一步法"有氧氧化制备DFF是未来研究与生产过程中可行的工艺路线,在此基础上对于反应体系中催化剂考察与制备、产物分离也是后续研究的重点与难点。 Research progress of 2,5-diformylfuran(DFF) synthesis from biomass platform compound 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)selective oxidation or hexamylose 'one-pot' reaction were reviewed. Then the applications of DFF were introduced and the existing problems in the production of DFF were analyzed and some suggestions on future research and development were presented, It is considered that from aerobic oxidation of carbohydrates by 'one-pot' for DFF is feasible in the process of the future research and production process, on the basis, focus on the investigation and preparation of the catalyst in reaction system, and the product separation will also be the key points and difficulties in subsequent research.
