After the coal economic fast development during the ＂golden ten years＂ in China,the paper analyzed the basic causes of the economic benefit rapidly sliding downward phenomenon occurred in each upstream and downstream related enterprises and industries.Thus the solutions on the macro policy management and micro enterprise reform aspects were provided and could provide the references to the decision making of the government and enterprises.
