摘要
以气瓶为研究对象,针对其所用材料PCr Ni3Mo VA的成型特点,利用UG8.0作图软件建立成型过程的有限元数值模拟模型,运用塑性成型分析软件DEFORM对旋压收口过程进行数值模拟分析,以研究气瓶成型过程中应力应变、旋压力、温度和壁厚的变化规律。通过相同工艺参数条件的实际热旋压成型试验对比,表明有限元数值模拟结果与实际成型结果基本吻合。
Gas cylinder was used as the research object,aiming at the forming characteristics of the material of PCr Ni3 Mo VA,established the finite element numerical model of the forming process model by using the UG8. 0 software,used analysis software DEFORM on the spinning process of numerical simulation of plastic forming and the flow law of neck-spinning process,to study regular pattern of changes in stress and strain,spin power,temperature and wall thickness. Meanwhile,compared with the actual hot spinning which has same process parameters,which results agreed almost.
