摘要
针对柴油机排气SCR后处理装置在排气温度较低时性能不佳问题,在WP10柴油机进气系统上设置了进气节流阀,进行了进气节流对柴油机排气温度、排放和油耗等影响的试验研究。结果表明:进气节流可明显提高柴油机小负荷时的排气温度,随着节流度的加大,在一定范围内不会引起发动机油耗和PM与NOx排放的明显增加,但当节流度超过一定范围,影响会明显增加,且转速越高,影响的幅度越大。
In view of the poor performance of SCR type exhaust after-treatment device for diesel engine at lower exhaust temperature,an additional intake throttle is added on the intake system of diesel engine WP10,and an experimental study is conducted on the effects of intake throttling on the exhaust temperature,emission and fuel consumption of diesel engine. The results show that intake throttling can significantly increase the exhaust temperature at low load conditions. As throttling ratio increases within a certain range,the fuel consumption and PM and NOxemissions do not rise significantly. However,when throttling ratio exceeds certain range,the effect becomes apparent,and the higher the speed the more significant the influence.
