瑶医药浴对改善类风湿关节炎患者临床症状的效果评价

Effect evaluation for Yao medicine bath nursing intervention to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨瑶医特色药浴对类风湿关节炎患者临床疗效的影响。方法将80例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组进行常规的药物治疗配合常规护理,观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上,采用瑶医药浴特色护理进行干预。两组接受治疗后1个月进行效果评定。结果治疗1个月后,两组患者在晨僵时间、双手握力、关节压痛指数、关节肿胀得到明显改善(与治疗前比较,P<0.01),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组临床效果有效率77.5%,对照组有效率52.5%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后患者对疾病活动总评价估计观察组与对照组各自治疗前后比较P<0.05,两组组间比较P<0.01,观察组优于对照组。结论瑶医药浴对改善类风湿关节炎患者临床症状及体征有增效作用,可提高患者生存质量。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Yao medicated nursing intervention for patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA） . Method 80 cases of RA patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Patients in observation group was given conventional treatment and nursing in tervention of Yao medicated hath. Patients in control group was treated with routine drug therapy and routine nurs- ing care. The curative effect was evaluated for the two groups 1 months after treatment. Result The morning stiff- ness, hand grip strength, joint tenderness index, joint swelling was significantly improved compared with that one month before treatment for the two group （P^O. 01）. Effect for intervention group was better than that of the con trol group （P〈~0.01）; the clinical effect of the observation group was 77.5~, the efficiency of the control group was 52.5 %. Effect for observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total evaluation of disease activity for intervention group and control group were significant difference before and after treatment（P〈0.05）. The observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Yao medicine bath nursing interven- tion can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with RA, and improve the quality of life of patients.
