摘要 目的:通过查阅近几年的文献,探讨综合开发利用干姜的途径及未来研究重点。方法:总结干姜已有的化学成分、实验和临床研究成果,分析干姜的研究特点,探讨综合利用干姜的途径。结果:干姜含有挥发油、姜辣素类、二苯基庚烷类等化学成分,具有抗氧化作用、解热抗炎、抗病原体、保肝利胆、抗肿瘤、抗溃疡、改善局部血液循环等药理作用。结论:未来应加强对干姜的化学成分、药理作用和临床应用及食疗的研究。 Objective: To investigate the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of Ginger and the research emphasis for the future by the review of the recent literature. Methods: The existing experiment and clinical research of Ginger was studied and analysis of its research characteristics was summarized to study the method of comprehensive utilization of Ginger. Results: Ginger contains volatile oil, ginger oleoresin, diphenyl heptane category, etc, and it has antioxidation, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic antiviral, hepatoprotective and choleretic, anti-tumor, anti ulcer components; it improves local blood circulation and has other pharmacological effects. Conclusion: The research of Ginger's chemical composition, pharmacological effects and clinical and therapeutic application should be strengthened in the future..
