摘要
通过分析影响医务人员归属感的社会因素(社会价值评判、医院机构之间的竞争)、文化因素(社会支持体系、分配的公平性)、职业因素(工龄、职业倦怠、个人发展空间和机会)、心理因素(身份认同感、工作压力),提出应通过以下策略提升医务人员的归属感:引导合理的社会舆论和评价标准,减少医疗人才流失;打造医疗机构内部互助价值观,构建有效沟通平台;重视不同层次人才培养,形成医疗机构人才合力;合理引导医务人员,创造公平工作环境。
This article analyzes influencing factors of medical workers' sense of belonging including social factors( social value judgment,competition among medical institutes),cultural factors( social support value system,allocation fairness),occupational factors( seniority,job burnout,opportunity of personal development),psychological factors( sense of personal identification,working pressure). The following strategies should be adopted to enhance the sense of belonging of medical personnel: to guide the reasonable social media and evaluation standards and reduce the loss of medical personnel; to build mutual value in hospital and build an effective communication platform; to pay attention to different levels of talents training and form resultant force of hospital talents; to guide staff reasonably and create a fair working environment.
