摘要
在理化分析中最常用到的仪器就是分光光度计,这种仪器的基本原理主要是建立在与光和物质相互作用的基础上,当某一溶液当中其吸收的辐射的物质分子与光子发生碰撞的时候,也就会产生一种吸收,对于其吸光度值的大小进行测量可以有效的对某种物质存在的量的多少进行反应。本研究基于此,主要分析分光光度计在其使用过程中存在的几个问题,希望所得的结果能够为相关领域提供有价值的参考。
The most commonly use in the physical and chemical analysis of the instrument is the spectrophotometer,mainly based on the basic principle of the instrument and on the basis of the interaction between light and matter,when a solution of the collision absorption of radiation material molecules and photons,also can produce a kind of absorption,to measure the size of its absorbance value can be effective exist much of the amount of reaction to a substance. Based on this,several problems existing in the use process of spectrophotometer were mainly analyzed,hoped the results can provide valuable reference for the related areas.
