Analysis and Study on Design Gist of Overhaul Scheme for Asphalt Pavement of G15 Expressway

以G15高速沥青路面大修工程为依托,详细介绍大修方案设计流程,指出旧沥青路面状况及结构承载力评价、旧沥青路面处治方案及加铺层厚度是大修方案的设计要点。在旧沥青路面性能评价基础上提出了注浆加固再加罩4 cm改性沥青SMA-13的整体设计方案,并提出不同路段具体的处治方案与弯沉验收指标。

In the paper, relying on asphalt pavement overhaul project of G15 Expressway, the article introduces the design process of overhaul scheme in detail and points out that the evaluation of old asphalt pavement state and structural bearing capacity, the treatment scheme of old asphalt pavement, and the overlay thickness are the design gist. On the basis of evaluating the performance of old asphalt pavement, the paper puts forward the integrated design scheme of grouting reinforcement and 4-cm modified asphalt SMA-13 overlay, and proposes the treatment schemes and deflection acceptance index.
