摘要
针对预测外推数据处理算法没有完全补偿,由于监控AGC控制测量方式而引起的纯滞后时间问题,本文提出改进型Smith算法的策略,进一步解决了由于纯滞后,程序算法和执行机构滞后时间引起的系统稳定性能和动态性能变差,而导致的带材厚度精度波动问题。仿真结果表明了改进型Smith算法的有效性,其成果对有色冶金行业提高带材质量具有重要的实用价值。
Using predict extrapolation data processing algorithm is not fully to make up for the pure lag problem that caused by the monitor AGC control, this paper put forward the strategies of the improved algorithm of Smith, further solved the problem of system stable performance and dynamic performance that cause by pure lag, program algorithm and actuator, while lead to the accuracy of strip thickness fluctuation problem. Simula- tion results showed the effectiveness of the improved algorithm of Smith, and it will give the important practical value in nonferrous metallurgy to improve the strip quality.
