循证医学在临床中药学教学中的实践与探讨 被引量:9

摘要 为提高本院临床中药学的教学质量,在研究生教学中开展循证医学培训与锻炼。采用课堂教学与讲座相结合系统传授循证医学知识,利用网络资源丰富循证医学知识,教师带教过程中培养循证医学理念,基于问题的学习方法方式(PBL)与循证医学教学相结合,鼓励研究生撰写循证医学论文等教学方法,取得了丰富的教学成果。但目前仍存在以下教学难点:国内缺乏优质的随机对照试验(RCT)临床资料,研究生的统计学功底普遍薄弱,研究生缺乏自主发现、分析、解决问题的能力。总的来说,循证医学有助于临床中药学的学科建设与人才培养。 In order to improve the teaching quality of clinical Chinese pharmacy in our hospital,we teach the graduate student evidence based medicine(EBM) knowledge.Teaching methods are as follows:classroom teaching and lecture combined to impart knowledge of EBM,using the network resources to enrich the knowledge of EBM,the idea of training EBM in the process of teachers' teaching,combination of problem based learning method(PBL) and EBM in teaching,encourage graduate students to write EBM papers.Although it has achieved a wealth of teaching results,but there are still the following teaching difficulties:the lack of high-quality randomized controlled trials(RCT) clinical data in China,graduate students' statistical ability is relatively weak,graduate students lack the ability to discover,analyze and solve problems.In general,evidence-based medicine is helpful to the discipline construction and personnel training of clinical Chinese pharmacy.
