高校多媒体网络教学的问题剖析及对策研究

A Research on the Problem Analysis and Countermeasures of Multimedia Network Teaching in Colleges and Universities

多媒体网络教学是高校教学改革的重要方向之一。本文在对高校多媒体网络教学现状分析的基础上,剖析了目前存在的普遍问题,包括单纯多媒体网络教学带来的师生互动性差及情感投入的缺失,教师现代教育技术应用水平的参差不齐带来多媒体网络教学流于形式,以及区际或区内高校之间多媒体网络资源的无序竞争与重复建设。针对上述问题提出三点建议,具体为:鼓励注重师生双向互动和情感因素融入的综合型课堂教学模式;对高校教师进行系统性的现代教育技术培训,提升多媒体课件教学内容设计的科学合理性;呼吁中央或地方探索高校多媒体网络教学资源的开放与共享机制,推动体系化建设。

The multimedia network teaching is one of the important directions of teaching reform in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the current situation of multimedia network teaching in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the common problems existing at present,including that the pure application of multimedia network teaching brings poor interaction between the teachers and students, which is lack of emotional investment; the teachers' uneven application levels of modern educational technology make multimedia network teaching become a mere formality; and the disorderly competition and repetitive construction of multimedia network teaching among the regions or the colleges and universities. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward three suggestions,respectively: introducing comprehensive teacher-student interaction with the integration of emotional factors into classroom teaching mode; strengthening systematic modern educational technology training for teachers in colleges and universities, and enhancing the scientific rationality of multimedia contents and courseware design; and calling for the central or local government to explore open and sharing mechanism of multimedia network teaching resources in colleges and universities to promote systematic construction.
