摘要
目的:调查农村慢性病患者对健康管理团队知晓与满意度情况,分析服务内容中存在的问题并提出完善对策。方法:利用自设问卷有效调查了1605位慢性病患者,统计分析方法主要采用描述性分析、χ2检验、Logistic回归分析。结果:70.7%认为团队卫生服务加强了,慢性病患者对团队服务综合评价得分平均4.3分,服务态度分最高4.2分,年龄、文化程度、职业和年收入为显著性影响因素。结论:在农村地区应该继续开展多元化形式宣传;加大健康管理团队的培训和投入;强化团队服务资源的纵向整合。
Objective To understand the knowledge and satisfaction of health management team in rural areas, and to analyze the problems in the service of the team and to improve the countermeasures. Methods Using self-designed questionnaire, a total of 1605 chronic patient were effectively surveyed. Descriptive analysis, chi square test and Logistic regression analysis were used in the statistical analysis. Results About 70.7% of people though that team health services have been strengthened. The comprehensive evaluation score of team service was 4.25. The service attitude average score was 4.18 ,which is the highest In the service content. The factors influencing the team service satisfaction mainly included age, education level, occupation and annual income. Conclusion Team services should be increase publicity. Health management team training and investment needs to be strengthened. It is to take sorts of measures to improve vertical integration of team resources.
