微波治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of microwave treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的探讨微波治疗变应性鼻炎（AR）的治疗效果及其初步的治疗机理。方法整理我科从2012年1月N2015年10月对临床确诊为AR的130例患者进行微波治疗，患者符合AR诊断标准（1997年修订，海口）。治疗前后体征、症状得分变化≥51％为显效，50％～21％为有效，≤20％为无效。结果130例患者中，治愈44例，占33．8％：显效31例，占23．8％；有效34例，占26．2％；无效21例，占16．2％：总有效率为83．8％。结论尽管AR目前仍无根治的治疗方法，但微波治疗对该病的短期有效率为83．8％，临床上可作为对该病的常规治疗的手段之一。

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of microwave treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 130 cases of allergic rhinitis in our department from January 2012 to October 2015, who were diagnosed according to diagnosis standard revised in 1997in Haikou. The total score changing of symptom more than 51% after treatment is cured, 50%-21% is effective, less than 20% is invalid. Results Among all the 130 patients, 44 cases were cured, accounting for33.8%; 31 cases （23.8%） were mark- edly effective; 34 cases （26.2%） were effective; 21 cases （16.2%） were ineffective. The total effective rate was 83.8%. Conclusion Although there is still no cure method in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, the short-term efficiency rate of microwave treatment was 83.8%, which can be used as one of the means of routine treatment of the disease.
