摘要
研究一种对纸浆具有高亲和力的能降低造纸系统中荧光增白剂含量的荧光消除剂的制备方法及应用性能。涉及一种含有活性纤维素衍生物和阳离子单体、功能单体接枝共聚物的制备方法,得到一种由低分子量、低黏度的阳离子有机化合物构成的一种荧光消除剂。该新型荧光消除剂制备工艺简单,成本较低,易于工业化生产,同时能很好地与纸张纤维相结合,成为纸张的一部分,不仅荧光去除效果好,而且效果持久。
Synthesis route to achieve a fluorescence quenching agent which has excellent affinity with fibers, and eliminates the fluorescence effectively in papermaking system is researched. The product is a kind of cationic grafted copolymer, with low molecule weight and low viscosity, derived from active cellulose, cationic and functional monomers. Due to the low cost, excellent affinity with fibers and simplified process which means it's easy to manufacture industrially, this compound has a good performance to shoot the troubles from the fluorescence in paper.
