护肾痛风泰颗粒剂对痛风及高尿酸血症患者血尿酸的影响

Effect of Hushen Tongfengtai Keliji(护肾痛风泰颗粒剂) on Blood Uric Acid in Patients with Gout and Hyperuricemia

目的:观察护肾痛风泰颗粒剂对痛风及高尿酸血症患者血尿酸的影响。方法:将108例痛风及高尿酸血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组54例。治疗组口服护肾痛风泰颗粒剂治疗,对照组口服别嘌醇治疗。观察2组临床疗效,血尿酸、肌酐等指标,安全性指标,以及不良反应。结果:治疗组显效20例,有效31例,无效3例,总有效率为94.44%;对照组显效17例,有效27例,无效10例,总有效率为81.48%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组血尿酸及肌酐数值下降均优于对照组,且治疗组复发率及复发次数均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护肾痛风泰颗粒剂能有效降低高尿酸血症及痛风患者血尿酸水平,保护肾脏,减少痛风复发次数,且毒副作用小,值得在临床中进一步推广应用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Hushen Tongfengtai Keliji（护肾痛风泰颗粒剂） on blood uric acid in patients with gout and hyperuricemia.Methods：108 cases of gout and hyperuricemia were randomly divided into two groups：a treatment group and a control group,54 cases in each.The treatment group was given Hushen Tongfengtai Keliji,while the control group was orally given allopurinol,observing their clinical curative effect,index of blood uric acid and creatinine,safety index and adverse reactions.Results：In the treatment group,20 cases were markedly effective,31 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 94.44%;while in the control group,17 cases were markedly effective,27 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 81.48%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈 0.05）.After treatment,the decrease of serum uric acid and creatinine in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate and frequency of the treatment group were less than those of the control group,the differences being statistically signiifcant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Hushen Tongfengtai Keliji with less toxic and side effect can effectively reduce the levels of blood uric acid in patients with hyperuricemia and gout,protect kidney and decrease recurrence rate and frequency,worthy of further application in clinic.
