摘要
目的探讨阿司匹林联合他汀类药物治疗脑梗死的疗效及其对动脉斑块的影响。方法将72例脑梗死患者随机分组,治疗组(n=36)行阿司匹林联合他汀类药物治疗,对照组(n=36)单纯应用阿司匹林,对比两组用药效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后动脉斑块面积小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合他汀类药物治疗脑梗死的疗效肯定,可明显缩小患者动脉斑块。
Objective To investigate aspirin statin therapy cerebral infarction and its effect on arterial plaque. Methods 72 patients with cerebral infarction patients randomized to the treatment group（n=36） line statin and aspirin therapy, the control group（n=36） with aspirin alone, comparing two groups of medication effects. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher（P〈0.05）, after treatment of arterial plaque area than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Aspirin and statin therapy cerebral infarction certainly be significantly reduced arterial plaque.
