摘要
目的分析研究护理管理中绩效考核的应用效果及价值。方法我院自2015年4月起开始在护理管理过程中实施绩效考核,分别对绩效考核实施前后各半年的时间内(2014年10月~2015年3月、2015年4月~2015年10月)护理管理的效果进行评价和比较。结果绩效考核实施半年后,护理质量管理评分、护理文书管理评分、病房管理评分、医院感染评分、以及患者满意度评分等均显著提高,与绩效考核实施前的比较均有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论护理管理中绩效考核的应用有利于提高护理质量和整体护理水平。
Objective To analyze the application effect and value of performance appraisal in surgical nursing management. Methods Our hospital began to implement performance appraisal in the process of nursing management since April 2015,the effect of nursing management in the six months before and after the implementation of performance appraisal(October 2014 to March 2015,April 2015 to October 2015), the effect of nursing management were evaluated and compared. Results Six months after the implementation of the performance appraisal, the nursing quality management scores,nursing document management scores,ward management scores,hospital infection scores and patient satisfaction scores were significantly improved,compared with the performance before the implementation of the comparison were statistically significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of performance appraisal in surgical nursing management is conducive to improving the quality of nursing and the overall level of nursing.
