摘要
河南瑞贝卡发制品股份有限公司是国内最大的发制品制造和销售公司。本文从专利申请趋势、申请类型、研发合作情况、授权状况等方面,着重对于其发明专利申请的技术领域和重点专利进行了分析。基于上述分析,讨论了该公司在专利申请及布局方面存在的问题并提出建议。
Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co. Ltd. is the biggest company of China principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of hair products. Statistical analysis was given on the application trends, types of patents, R＆D cooperation, granted patents, especially on the technical field of inventions and important patents. Based on the analysis, problems of patents application and layout of the company were discussed and some suggestions were provided.
